BILL'S

Bill's ,we all pay them ,gas ,light ,water... There are a few thing's I like to share with you.
As a kid , I'd see my father with his check book and bill's on the table ,paying the bill's off all at once. So being older now , I started doing the same thing , i.e. paying my bill's on time ,paying the bill's down ,and feeling good ,not having to worry until the next month bill's arrived. Then it happened I lost my job ,well the first thing I did was to go out and seek another job, though I didn't find a full-time job,but a part-time job ,I still have money coming in.Now back to the bill's. I started paying my bill's off with my part-time job money; However when I payed off my bill's ,I'd have no money left to eat( I'm single) ,but then If I didn't pay my bill's down ,I'd feel guilty not paying my bill's ! So what was I to do ? I called the company that I owed ,e.g. The gas company ,I asked for a payment plan ,the gas company extended my payment's into 3 installments,as did the other utility companies . Being on these plans helped me ,and I had food to eat,but then I couldn't keep one of the commitments to pay on time ,so instead of being scared ,and not call the utility company , I called ! what could I lose ? well I got another extension on my bill :) which I must say ,the utility companies are willing to help us with our bill's. So in retrospect 1. I didn't hide ,but took action. 2. I asked for an extension on my bill.
3. I sent in my payment to keep my word to pay. 4. When I couldn't pay (due to cut hours on job) I called again to make other payment arrangement's which the Utility company gave me .
5. Finally I can rest knowing that my gas, light ,electricity won't be turned off. Hope this helps out someone out there that may be in a situation like I was.Just call :)

How to obtain credit card ,manage credit cards.

So you've been denied a Credit Card ,then go to Sears or J.C. Penney these credit cards are the easiest to obtain,if you have no success , go to a furniture store or appliance outlet in your area , due to the fact you live in the area , a local store will be more willing to to extend credit. If that doesn't work go to a local bank that offers ''Mastercard or Visa'' and ask about opening up a charge account for you with a credit balance. This is how it works.Fill out application for the credit card you want to receive and send the application along with the $300.00-$500.00. Request that the Bank extend that much credit to you. In short ,your are paying ,in advance, for charges you will make in the future. When your account balance has been depleted, the bank most likely will extend a credit limit to you without another deposit of money.Always be SURE to pay on Schedule so that you will exercise the opportunity in establishing good credit history. If you already have a credit card or credit cards practice using them wisely, I mean if your in debt , learn from the debt ,by going back and seeing where you made the errors , i.e. charging on your credit card thinking it was like spending money''thats OK to do if you practice paying on time'',to much money spent on your favorite coffee, buying items you 'really didn't need'',the list could go on ,I know ,been there ,done that! All in all be careful, cut down on the credit cards you possess , don't let credit cards possess you. try to get down to 2 credit cards .You may decide to use one card for one type of goods and services and another card for others. Tip:Suppose you charge $100.00 a month on your credit card and it's your custom to pay the entire $100.00 the following month. When you get your bill , a minimum amount of $10.00 will be due.Make a payment that is 20% higher than the minimum monthly payment,in six months you should be granted higher limits automactically.
Face the situation fearlessly, and soon there will be no situation to face. Anon.

FINANCE TIPS FOR THE DISHEARTED

So you want to get your credit score up again and don't know how ?Well here is a tip , but it will take some patience , discipline ,and if followed correctly , you will have good results.

Get $100.00 go to the Bank and get a Secured credit card , you pay the Bank the $100.00 , then they give you a secured credit card , it is better if you have $300.00 and go to 3 Banks and get at each Bank a secured credit card at $100.00 each ,so in the end you will have 3 secured cards from 3 different Banks. Don't worry about the Interest on the secured credit card because it doesn't matter, and this is why.

On each card you will spend $25.00 then put the card away , so you won't be tempted to spend the rest , when the Bill comes in the mail ,the secured card bill will say if you want to pay the $25.00 or a minimum payment of $15.00 , you need to choose the $15.00 payment , then when you get your next Bill of the remaining $10.00 you send in the payment for the $10.00, remember $15.00 + $10.00 = $25.00.

NOW repeat this routine with the other 2 cards , ONLY spend $25.00 on EACH card then put away the cards in a secure place only you know. The reason your putting away the Card's after spending the $25.00 is that you won't spend the rest of the money on the card, because when you have money or credit cards in your wallet or purse you will SPEND .

Continue to do this for about a Year (remember I said it will take patience) by the end of the year you credit score will be up , even after 6 months check you score. TIP : When you credit score is looked at by Banks or others ,they don't look at your ,phone ,light, gas bill's ,not even your Child support payments , but they do LOOK AT , the CONSISTENT PAYMENTS you have made on you Secured Credit Cards ,which in the end makes you a good prospect , so you will be trusted with high credit and a credit card. Finally this will not work unless you take control of your spending , discipline yourself , and CONTINUE the practice of what you've been shown. Good luck ,and take control of your future.
